Brian has advised on a range of corporate finance and banking matters with particular emphasis on acquisition finance. His experience includes advising banks, management teams, companies and private equity houses on MBO/MBI's (including public to private transactions).

Brian has 10 years experience as a transaction banker gained in the UK and the US. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke Brian was the founding partner of Dundas & Wilson's London office and a partner in Andersen Legal.
