Ray has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and corporate finance work. This includes mergers and acquisitions
(public and private), cross border transactions, demergers, equity issues, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
Ray is the head of the Osborne Clarke publishing team acting for a variety of clients across magazines and periodicals through
to newspapers. He has also acted for a number of investment banks as well as clients across the telecoms, media and technology
sectors.
Ray qualified in 1992 and joined Osborne Clarke as a partner in February 2001.
