Dan leads the M&A and  Corporate Finance Team in Bristol. Dan has broad experience of a range of corporate transactions.  In addition to extensive cross-border and UK M&A experience, he also specialises in flotations, private and listed fundraisings and public takeovers. He has also worked on demergers, restructurings (including schemes of arrangement and reductions of capital) and numerous acquisitions and disposals for listed clients.

Dan's recent experience includes the class 1 disposal of Mercury Health for Tribal Group plc, the £60m MBO of IPL Group plc, a secondary placing for Bioganix plc and acquisitions for Imperial Tobacco Group plc. He has expertise in the waste management and renewable energy market as well as in relation to primary and secondary healthcare delivery projects.

Dan is also part of our Corporate Advisory team and has particular expertise in relation to Corporate Governance and Company Law reform.
