Kalpesh is a partner in the firm's corporate practice in London specialising in corporate finance, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, demergers, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.

Kalpesh has significant experience of mergers and acquisitions transactions in the financial institutions, insurance, retail and hotels sectors.

He has an MBA specialising in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions from a leading European business school.

Kalpesh qualified in January 1997 and practised at Lovells and CMS Cameron McKenna before joining Osborne Clarke in February 2007.
