Theo qualified as an English solicitor in 1994 with Allen & Overy where he worked in the litigation department until joining
Osborne Clarke as a partner in 2002.

Acting for William Hill in the leading English case on database rights infringement brought out by the British Horseracing
Board and relating to William Hill's use of horseracing data on its internal gambling site.
