
Robert specialises in dealing with all aspects of land and its uses. In particular, he focuses on the residential development
of land and is actively involved in all aspects of that market in the South of England. He acts for both landowners and developers,
handling both conditional and unconditional land sales and option agreements.
In addition, he acts for a cross section of landowning families and charities, dealing with all aspects of property ownership.
A recent highlight was acting for the executors of the late Lord Wraxall in the sale of the Tyntesfield Estate, hailed as
the leading "country house" sale of the decade.
He moved to Osborne Clarke from Stephenson Harwood in 1987, and became a partner in 1991.
